• You have no commercial rights to the image. All commissions I offer on this page, with the exception of emotes, are for personal use only. If you are interested in ordering artwork for commercial use, please get in touch via faychinha@gmail.com.

• The right to use the images is exclusive to my clients. They have exclusivity over the arts I created, so third parties are not allowed to use these images for any purpose. This includes editing the arts to your own benefit.

• I reserve my right to use your art as a portfolio and put it on my social media. If you don't want it to be shared, let me know when you're putting the order together with me. That goes for surprises too, just let me know from what date I can use the art publicly.

• DO NOT REMOVE MY SUBSCRIPTION. I am still the creator of art. Remember, you pay for the right to use, not the copyright. In cases of requests for commercial use, claiming that the authorship of the image is not mine is equally misleading. Always credit me for creating the images.​

• Under NO circumstances should ANY orders placed by me be used for blockchain technology - including NFTs - and for use in training AI programs.

• Please, before posting your finished commission on your social networks, let me know and put my image authorship credits. I am more than grateful for the recognition.

Image Usage

• All prices are listed in US Dollar (USD). Payment can be made only via Paypal invoices.

• You can pay in full (100%) at the beginning of the order, or 50% at the beginning and 50% after you are satisfied with the first draft.

• ABOUT REFUNDS

  • Payment is 100% non-refundable. If you cancel the order during the checkout process, I will not be able to refund you for having already put hours of work into it.

  • If you cancel before I get on with the draft, I'll be willing to refund the 50% for finishing, and I won't finish the drawing. Be fully aware of where you are investing your money. The same goes for if you are dissatisfied with the end result. That's what the initial draft is for: make ALL the necessary changes before finalizing the drawing. I am not responsible for dissatisfaction with pose, composition, etc. The only thing I'm willing to change without additions are minimal details (color, skin marks, small accessories, etc) without excess. Generous amounts of changes will add value.

• Designs with intricate details and additional people will add to the base rate.

• Bear in mind that the draft phase is essential to point out the desired changes, after this step is approved, it will no longer be possible to make major corrections for free. Any drastic change will result in an increase in the value of the drawing.

• Urgent orders will have an extra fee on their final price​​

I will do my best to assist you and talk about the order in detail, but if I see that there is no way to do the job, I will let you know soon and we will arrange for a refund.

If I don’t do some kind of art/character, it’s because I don’t feel comfortable. Please do not insist.

Remember, SEND ALL POSSIBLE REFERENCES. Pose, appearance, personality, setting, with images or texts, everything. The more information I have to create the art, the better for us. And please be organized with your references. This helps me a lot when it comes to collecting all the material to start your drawing. Orders with no or few references will not be initiated until the situation is fixed.
